Appointment & Cancellations

Welcome to Circumcision Clinic.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrivals may result in forfeiting of your appointment. We will endeavor to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, from time to time this may not happen due to constraints beyond our control and we, therefore, reserve the right to cancel or postpone your appointment at a short notice. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 3 working days’ notice.

For cancellations or to reschedule your appointment, please call and speak to a team member. If lines are busy, please leave a message or alternatively send us an e-mail and one of the team members will call you back.

Before your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment.
